North of London | Still sorting out miscellaneous 'things' from old building clean ups.
These I have an idea of what they were used for and I will explain tomorrow but do not want to mislead someone else who might have a good suggestion by putting out my possibility
They came out of the top of an old bank barn if that helps but who knows why they were put up there for sure.
As you can see they are about 80 kms or 33 inches long, the jaws flex and appear to be designed to put a chain link into them??
The short chains attached to them would barely reach around to go into the jaws.
I may try for another picture to show that.
