North of London | For those small businesses that do not have online payment options I use e-transfer.
Works for amounts less than $1,500 and although there is a fee of $1.50 that is about equal to the cost of envelope, postage and the paper cheque AND I know it gets to them immediately with a confirmation back to me.
No postal delay.
Some of the businesses I introduced to that way of payment now note on their invoices they welcome e-transfers because it works well for them too.
Instant deposit to their account when they accept it and no need to travel to a bank with a piece of paper and make the physical deposit. | |
