| I would jump in now if its 3 foot deep or less WITH some old shoes on. Are those iron bars pointed towards shore with the points both ways??? There could be a lot of junk and sharp objects like broken glass or sharp metal. Couple guys should be able to wiggle it out of the silt just picking up on it from different sides. Its going to have to come up pretty straight. Pulling sideways on the front, IF the back is really stuck will only twist it
