Soybean Farmers have already lost about $8 Billion in Market Value.. Meanwhile we IMPORT BILLIONS of Crude from Overseas suppliers..

Higher Blends of Ethanol would ALSO lower RINS costs via the MARKET.. which is what Big Oil wants.. Two birds with one stone.
Chuck the Imported Crude from Canada.. and OPEC and Blend more Biofuels.
btw.. is the Trump administration going to address the INFLOW of WHEAT from Canada?
