ESW ND | Maybe that is the standard break-in procedure...now I know why the laces are so extremely long on work boots. There use to be a 3 step suspender pack you could get. The first set went over your shoulders then hooked onto your pants waistband, the second set hooked to your waistband and then to your testicles and the third set hooked to your testicles and then to your socks. They had the quick drawstring so you could adjust as necessary on the go. The idea never really took off for some reason :-{

I know exactly what you mean. I tuck my jeans in the boots when I wear them at first until they get broke in, but I don’t go out in public like that. you could try putting something in the boot when your not wearing them to keep the tops open, like a big pop bottle or something. |
