I'm not sure which is worse, the heat, the excessive humidity, or the gnats (tiny flea-sized insects that buzz around your face and ears like a cloud on hot days). Me personally, when it gets really bad, I just pause and reflect on how great-full I am that it doesn't snow here and keep going. Helps to change into dry socks a few times a day too.
