NW Iowa | When we bought our family van new ten years ago the dealer talked us into letting them spray a Simoniz clear coat on it. I just googled Simoniz and they advertise a ‘glass coat’. I don’t know if this glass coat they advertise today is the same stuff they sprayed on our van ten years ago or not though. The van does still shine like new at 10 years and 175,000 miles but with our modern car finishes it might have had the same shine without this clear coat product. The van is garaged whenever it isn’t on the road so it’s sun exposure has been limited through the years. | |
