And north of Silver Lake you have Charlevoix, and Petoskey , Just driving around Lake Charlevoix and taking the Irons ferry is nice. Just a beautiful area and lots to do.
The kids would like Silver Lake for sure and further north to Petoskey is great. Some beautiful old hones in Petoskey.
