Subject: RE: Really sad dairy article

south east SD
Sister lives in Wisconsin and there was a Dutch (could be another nationality) dairy farmer who had a pile of cows, 600? One day the workers showed up and no farmer, he left everything and moved back home. Worker calls the banker, banker comes out and says keep milking we will pay to keep it working. Banker calls another dairyman and pleads with him to take over. New dairyman is now in the processes of building a new barn to handle it all. She said the new barn was at least a 1/4 mile long with a milking parlor on the end that wasn't started yet. She really didn't know how many cows where involved? They can see it from the in-laws home place. I said you need more details, she said well it is the talk of the town.
