| You went past one of my farms on 74 leavingbIN & entering IL. Corn fields that are grid tiled look pretty good but have some water damage. Non tiled fields have some fairly large areas where corn has drowned out. Beans have a lot of yellowing from wet feet. Depends where you're at you could have gotten 10+ inches of rain innthe last couple weeks or under 5". A lot of river bottoms underwater for the 2nd time. Still, I would rather be too wet than too dry. I just don't see jy area having the corn or bean yields that we have had the last couple years Probably avg to a little better. | |
