West of Lincoln a little bit
From the sounds of it (sorry to all the guys suffering in that area) this could be a sleeper subject that wakes in the fall. Southern MN and northern IA have to be awesome to keep those averages high. It doesn't take much to sink an average, unless the USDA wants to skirt the truth, and then I guess it could take a lot. LOL
