Hauled the crops off 3 of the pieces the last 4 years, 225 to 240 has been no problem, but that is with a fair amount of manure also. THis was the first year it was planted to beans in 8-10 years. Fair amount of bidding between different people and a lot of people hoping someone else would have been the buyer on 2 pieces for sure as arrogance and holier than thou attitudes have finally come to light.
