In a dry year.....where did it come from?
In a wet year.....where did it go?
Northern Iowa and southern Minnesota and other places getting pounded today, tonight and the next few days the top is gone. I was thinking that this year reminded me of 1983, now it’s starting to feel like 1993. And Chicago slept until November when reality hit.
