Now that I see what drifting is.    I would have advised the  other driver to call the local police with the kid's  plate number.    The police need to know that there is a kid  driving recklessly  in their area.   If this kid  drifts  on a regular basis  he needs to be walking.    If he is walking,  he won't be endangering others.      Hopefully he is stopped and ticketed  before someone gets hurt.
