nw NC | Two years ago when we were in South Dakota and Minnesota , we went through the small town of Vining , Minnesota in west-central Minnesota ( about 26 miles east of Fergus Falls, MN. ). In the town, is Nyberg Sculpture Park ( https://www.roadsideamerica.com/story/11669 ) . The park honors Karen Nyberg , a NASA Astronaut, who was born there. Her father, a welder and sculptor, created all the items on display there. He also created many other large metal sculpture pieces seen in surrounding towns in the area.
A few pictures below. Elephant is made from used lawn mower blades.
Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.
