Heated floor in house basement - finished concrete floor?

North of London		There is a 'plastic' compound that is used in commercial locations.
They mix 2 compounds together on site and have a limited time to spread/apply.

It seems to stand up quite well to lots of traffic, better than the painted floors, and is easy to wash or clean up.

I think I can find more info about it if necessary.
