Apparently the glass screen is glued to the LCD screen so its hard to seperate. Phone repair guy I talked to said it would need a whole new LCD screen, would cost over $100 to install. Another option may be just buying a used S3 off ebay. I have a brand new battery in mine.

Also was looking at some of the CAT smart phones, they look pretty good.

Thanks for the suggestions, keep em coming, I would like to get an idea of all the options I have.
