Market has been crazy here for some time too, not near enough listings, but surprisingly overall the prices aren't shooting up the way they were pre market crash. It doesn't happen that often but every once in a while I run across a deal where I'm scratching my head and wondering how the heck did they come up with the asking price, and/or who was stupid enough to offer that much. The reality check really hurts when they find out the truth. | |
