If you haven’t seem a doctor that specializes in the digestive tract it is time to go. I have IBS, and had 18 inch of my colon removed also, I take 3 pills twice a day and I’m as normal as I’ve ever been. I’ve figured out what I can eat and what I stay away from. I take anti-diarrhea pills 2 times a day. Take this info if you want, I’m not a doctor.
Edit forgot to add I’m 75 yrs old, don’t think I could run fast enough to make that emergency trip anymore.
