| Report the liscence number to the police ASAP. You dont want to read in the paper tomorrow an see that he had a wreck an killed people. If a cop was there he wouldnt let it go. You shouldnt either. Thats the right thing to do for him an everybody else. Let the DMV handle it. You would have done your job. Hit an run is a serious thing. Thats what he did.
