west-byGod-Pa. | (that I know of) all P.I.'s must be licensed to do what they do, AND it is in SUPPORT of the law-even if it means exposing nefarious activity in a relationship. That relationship can be employer/employee, husband/wife, insurer/insuree, & so forth. I have a close friend, a former P.I. who went after bad guys. P.I.'s cannot legally violate the law, BUT can avoid some legal games in pursuit of a miscreant, that the typical cop cannot do. I would need to ask her for details | |
