My wife is in the medical field. Just depends on how far you want to take it. In the medical field a HIPAA violation (which is exactly what this situation is) is a huge no-no and part of training for medical help on a yearly basis.

More than likely if you mention it to the employer of the individual, the individual will be fired and may get professional reprimanded depending on what they do.

HIPAA is a huge trust issue in the medical field. If the employer keeps the employee around that is a blabber mouth, it is a huge liability issue.

If that is a button you want to push, go for it. Otherwise just call them on the carpet personally and tell them you will report them if it happens again.
