SE ND | Well, it doesn't look good, that's for sure. Corn and beans did what they should have, on the continuous. Personally, I'm completely hedged on all expected bean production via HTA's and options and 50% on new crop corn.
4.40 looks good and I'd still like to see it, but I didn't want to pass up on a chance to lock in some at only .20 less.
I'd like to have seen that modified ml get met in beans, but structurally, it did exactly what it should have.
Very possible we see that sub $9 and $3.30.
What makes this hard to read, IMO, is the context. We have sellers that are saying "we got this!" And on the other hand, buyers are waiting in the weeds saying, "wait for it." My point is that this is the transition zone.
