Wouldn't have been a Dutchman would it? I think there's a lot of them around there? Some from where I grew u in Holland. We had some 74 mph wind gust Thursday night in our area. My weather station only showed 50 mph. Just a few tree branches down. Where they had the 74 mph winds it blew down utility poles and some roof damage was reported.
