The wives. Often the partners can get along, but the wives can be a problem. Make sure they are on board and understand the partnership. Make sure they understand what they are gaining from the partnership. Often, they see their husband working longer hours while they are still farming the same amount of land. So, they think the other partner is getting too good of a deal. Also, consider what happens if one of the partners goes through a divorce. I once considered partnering with a guy on something, but I had doubts about his marriage, so that was a deal breaker. My instincts were right.

I can see what you are getting at... Women are trouble (just joking!!!) I'm not married... yet... so it's more of a concern /w a potential partner...
