I agree with you on NAFTA is not the proublem . Trade is a good thing but MCOOL would really be a good thing to help the checkoff look better and advertise US beef. When we had MCOOL we where a net beef exporter for a bit I think so the consumer must have prefered USA beef. Is this right with MCOOL we had some monthes as a net exporter ?
