My bad, I thought the Argentina sale was current. Makes more sense for delivery in their summer, winter 18/19; that's when they'll run out if they operate at capacity.
This is bullish fundamentals. Not that I think all of the same will occur, but you bring up 08/09 and of course 2010 followed. Might get some good opportunities out of this.
