| Threw this one at my local offical. Seeing that these are "public waterways", which I will not we able to farm but still pay taxes on.. What's to keep someone from walking up my creek to "hunt". And then what happens when he gets hurt and files a lawsuit because he got hurt on "my land". Got a blank stare and a "I don't know" answer. Like everything they come up with, haven't quite thought it all the way through. | |
