southern MN		Yea, perhaps he needs a year like Conan to fit in, seems a little off right now, not quite where he needs to be.

Not sure anyone gets a year to find themselves anymore in TV land....

Fergeson is the best late nite guy now after Jay goes. He's just smooth about himself, not worried or nervious. Good dry humor.
