Yes it does. I had them put the cam locks on both sides. It's great because you can load anywhere. Also if the wind is blowing when you want to unload, just open the end that will stay open. I have a neighbor that is a lefthanded roper, and it works great for him to rope and load into. He used to have all his trailers open from the right side. The real reason I had it built that way was the hinges on aluminum trailers are the weak spot. So I felt the would eliminate hinge's wearing out and breaking.

If if ever buy another trailer with aluminum I would do it again. Only downside is never let two cowboys jump out of the truck after a few beers. They each want to open door. I had to stop my two neighbors, they each grabbed a handle to open. Only thing I would change is on the right side handle I would put handle at a little steeper angle. So it's not prone to catch on anything when you back up to load. Because must people only watch left mirror. Or I could trim handle down a little.
