No idea I guess. If they turn out like corn seems to be with the “better than expected” by a lot in IL that we have been hearing about and is happening in other places, maybe they are right. “Here” we are running probably 5-8 above aph but 10-12 under last year for beans.

Now the question is, when will I get the rest out? 6-8” the last 10 days, more on the way Thursday night/Friday, and a forecast that shows below avg temps for the foreseeable future.

Edit to add: I have no malice towards IL and the “better than expected.” Every year is a little different and it can be tough to gauge things. Things change throughout the growing season and since this is a marketing forum, I’d guess many of us price/hedge ahead of time many years with the added focus on that side of our businesses. It’s the risk we take.
