I finished a freemartin heifer this year and expected her to be lighter than the steers she was with. They were all about the same age, within 30 days of each other. The heifer was shorter, but finished better than the steers. Her hanging weight was about 75 pounds greater than the steers her age, which shocked me. I take them to about 1300 pounds, fyi.
