Not really...Those line carry great frequency without question. I haven't really heard anybody say that "the low " is in relative to your frame. I have studied those mod Schiff line set off those pivots . I won't lie and tell you when I found those originally, i thought I had found " the secret sauce". I probably spent 50 hours or so on them and for me I found they held great frequency for a while, but eventually turned mushy. And for me, "the low" was often illusive off that frequency set. Now if they were downslopers off the mod schiff, I have a different opinion of those. But if they work for you, use them.
