South Central Iowa | Think of spring 2016 in the soybean market. When all the farm show analysts, who are most all fundamental, were saying you had better take advantage of these prices; at $9.00, then $9.30, then $9.80, then $10.00. The further along it went; the more baffled they became. There is no fundamental explanation, it's ridiculous, look at our carryout! Each higher step they would call a gift, sell more! But all their clients were sold out already.
Just like the knife, they failed to recognize what they were seeing... It's not suppose to be up there, so I thought it would come back down. | |
