Frytown, Iowa | If your wondering what my thoughts were at that time it was MOSTLY due to the sideways market. As flat as the 3.46 buyers were I figured selling at the previous highs would be wise. Funny how that coincided with the median line being hit and price being rejected multiple times at that median line.
