I use a free service from www.faxzero.com I cant receive faxes from anyone but I am allowed up to send up to 3 faxes a day ... i think. I dont use it that much ...
I understand how this wouldn't work very well for many other people but since I really ONLY send faxes to other people it works well for me.
Anytime someone has to send something to me I just ask them to email it to me instead.
