Some of you guys get all worked up about nothing. Their "roast beef" is essentially a big sausage. It's ground meat and seasonings (ground really, really fine) pressed back together and cooked and sliced.
If it was in a casing and called a sliced hot dog or something many of you same people putting it down would eat them happily.
