Montana | A local wind generator project had an on sight concrete plant during very cold weather. I doubt if there is any real strict inspection and quality control as they put these wind towers up. They are looking for and getting tax breaks for the wind towers and i think they are going to really fail in our high winds.
I am concerned that some companies are not following all the rules and as the subsidies are reduced, they will just abandon them and declare bankruptcy.
Montana is in a mess with the fires and drought and the wind towers are often finding no wind or too fast winds. | |
