I think you better do a little research on that. October typically is one of the lowest prices months as far as corn and soybean futures go so that should work in the farmers favor. The middle of October might be a good time to go long but that is only because of the seasons and I don't think it has anything to do with the insurance companies. If the insurance companies where going to try to drive the monthly average price up they should start before October gets here and I think Sept. has always been towards the bottom of the yearly price ranges.
