Dude I told you I agreed with you for the most part. Others did to. The guy who made the statement your talking about was on here a while back talking about how he's looking forward to buying more when guys go broke. So take it with a grain of salt.
I did not say I was looking forward to others going broke so I could buy land. I said I would like land prices to come down so I could buy more land. When people jumped on me because that would cause an equity drain on other farmers.
Other than getting a loan what is equity really good for? Won't buy groceries.
I also never said a million was "chump change" I said it was not worth much anymore. Pull up to the coffee shop during "crop farmers" coffee time. There is a million in pickups sitting around. |
