w-Mn | If your looking from the road it looks ok. We are strait west of the cities not quite to South Dakota but you can see it from here. South of us is pretty good north of us is not so good. been checking some corn and there is a lot of varibility in ears. Did a few spots, in 10 ears in a row it ranges from 18x35 down to 12x25, lucky to average 14x30. This area got hit with a lot of water right after planting and then dried out in July and first part of August and now has been on the wet side again, some places north of 12" in the last 15-20 days. Last year was darn good around here, a lot of 200 plus averages, this year I don't think your going to see many 200 bpa field averages, 180 might be a push. | |
