tiger, The reason I asked the question the way I did is because after struggling making land payments for many years, wife and I are finally at the point in our lives where the going has gotten easier. But unfortunately wife has plenty of health issues and find myself with issues also. Certainly wasn't trying to bash your post at all. Guess what I was trying to say If you have love in your life and good health, your pretty fortunate. Take care!
