Northwest Iowa | I listened to Market rally Friday afternoon and Chip said something I hadn't caught on to in the past with the crop tour numbers. They figure there yeild with GOOD CONDITIONS to finish out. Not the 30 day forecast. Makes a big difference in the potential yeild if you ask me It was where chip got frustrated with a twitter post for those who want to go hear it.They also used the word POTENTIAL with when speaking the deviations of what the final production could end up being using there deviations up and down of what they observed-high end was 168ish-low end was 165ishDefinitely made me view there results differently and never caught those comments in past years.I'm in different to the results usually but always nice to hear the sample results from across the corn belt. Take them as you will though haha
