if you have no data plan then you need a cable to connect the phone to your USB or your serial port on your PC and then you will need to configure your phone as a modem dial in to a dial up ISP like in the olden days

google internet through cell phone for more links like above.....it will be slow like 56K modems in the olden days so be aware of that before you spend much money and make sure your phone company is giving you very cheap or unlimited minutes
