I don't think they will be under 168.0 or 48.0.
I think Farm Journal would not let them. They have no reason to go out on a limb. As long as they are close to USDA, they can always deflect criticism; "sure, we were wrong, but so was the USDA; it was a difficult year to get a grasp on yield."
