S Illinois
For corn and beans it will be minimal. Very few ships of corn and beans are loaded from the Texas coast and if there does happen to be one scheduled to load, it could be easily diverted to NOLA if it was that critical. From the looks of it the hurricane will have minimal impact if any on NOLA and the shipping lanes. The 2 biggest crops affected would be HRW and milo. This is somewhat dependent on exact landfall because there are a quite a few ports along the Texas coast, including Brownsville, Corpus Christi, Galveston, Houston, and Beaumont(edit). For HRW, there is likely enough slack and wheat in storage that ships can be diverted to one of the other ports. Milo may be trickier due to a much smaller supply. Not sure there are that many unit trains of milo sitting around to quickly load a boat at another location.

What made 2005 such a problem is the fact that 50% of all US grain exports move through NOLA and there is no plan B down there to divert that quantity of ships to another port quickly and efficiently and the whole system plugs.
