USDA says we are at 5 year average for maturity, Are you always worried about frost? We look a little behind here.
Short answer yes. 5 year average? Not anywhere within 50 miles of here. Had 93 day corn planted 5-5 that was still blistering last week. Average frost date here is Sept 15th. Don't have to figure too hard on that.....
