Nebraska aka the boondocks | We need a change in psychology from tight ass to free spender when it comes to coaches. The defensive hire this off season was a move in right direction. We don't have the talent base, so we have to have the best coaches. There is still the mindset of paying Osborne 150k per year, It is crippling us. Sure you can hire a good coach cheap but that insinuates Someone has the eye for a coach, and as Nebraska is an example it hasn't worked here yet in 20 years.
