can you open it on the laptop in question in Internet explorer
any additional plugins for firefox on the PC
what firewall and antivirus if any are on it
can you browse to the site in firefox using a proxy like www.obamaproxy.com (enter the address to this site in the box that says enter the website you wish to anonymously browse and hit go)
you can try a DNS flush as well ....................Start -> Run -> ipconfig /flushdns
