I assume you are talking about a jump drive(usb) stick.

1.Plug the stick into the computer.

2.Open "my computer" and look for a new drive.

3.Double click the drive, which brings a window up of it.

4.Drag the ppt,doc,ect. onto the drive window, it will automatically copy and save the file.

5.Unplug the stick.
